Book Review: the Mouse & the Buddha
A friend of mine wrote a lovely story for young children called the Mouse & the Buddha. This brightly-illustrated book tells the story of a little mouse called Tsi Tsi who went to the temple where the Buddha sat. He feasted while the Buddha taught him important lessons. "We all live under the same bright sun." What a nice introduction to some simple Buddhist concepts, such as kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.

Wii Fit is a good starter, but you can't really rely on it as a total workout regimen. It also depends on your own lifestyle. I think grannies are most likely to benefit from this.
